Are you keeping your promises to yourself?

You know the ones we make every day … to clean out that closet, to write that blog post, to call that networking contact … the little and big promises that we make to ourselves and then procrastinate until we give up on them all together. Sometimes they are personal goals. Sometimes they are business goals. Regardless, if you’re a busy women entrepreneur, it is highly likely that you are letting some things slide … and more than likely you are the one you are breaking your promises to.

From personal experience, as well as the experiences of my clients, I’ve found that the longer you put off doing something, the easier it becomes to not do it at all. I’ve also discovered that if we make a promise to someone else that we’ll do this thing for ourselves, we are much more likely to get it done.

Since accountability … being held responsible for our words and actions … is such a high priority for most of my clients — and sometimes its really the only thing a client truly wants — I’ve decided to offer a special type of coaching package that will help you keep your word to yourself.

This is a simple, straight-forward coaching arrangement. It starts with a 30-45 minute intake session where we discuss the ground rules and get clear on what it is you want to accomplish during our work together.

Then, you simply decide what you are going to do and by when you are going to do it. You send me your commitment in writing via email. When you accomplish your self-imposed task on time, you pay me a reasonable fee. If, however, you don’t accomplish your goal on time, you pay me double our agreed upon fee. And, if you don’t get your task done three times in a row, our coaching arrangement ends and you cannot enter into another one with me for a minimum of six months.

Rest assured I won’t leave you flapping in the wind! I’ll check in on you once in awhile to keep you motivated and on track.

This is a pay-as-you go program that you can end at any time. However, if you decide to cancel before accomplishing an agreed upon task, you must notify me 48 hours before the deadline to avoid the fee. (This is my way of keeping you motivated to keep your promises to yoursefl. Why pay me to not get stuff done when you can pay me and get stuff done?!)

What is the investment for Own Your Awesome Accountability Coaching?

To get started and set up your intake session, there is a one-time, non-refundable investment of $99. The fee per task is on a sliding scale of $25 to $100, depending on your budget and what will truly motivate you to get stuff done and keep your promises to yourself. This coaching is not about punishment, but about acknowledgement, support, and celebration!
