Pricing & Refund Policy
I charge for my products and services
Most of my products and services are delivered digitally, via Skype or telephone or, in some cases, in person. On occasion, a physical item may be an added bonus. If so, physical items are shipped within 48 hours of either payment receipt, or in the case of pre-orders, within 48 hours of product being available for shipment.
Refund policies are specific to each individual product and service and, if offered, will be stated on the sales/payment page.
In general, there are no refunds for services rendered. However, if you cancel payment before work is started, refunds will be honored within 30 days.
