Because I’ve been where you are. After a 13-year marriage to an emotionally abusive man ended, I did not recognize myself in the mirror. My creativity was stifled. I had lost sight of my true North. My business was dying and I no longer enjoyed it. I was riddled with self-doubt and was struggling to find who I was and what I was meant to do. And so I sat at my computer doing busy work and not moving toward my goals.

I was at such a low point in my life that I had let another man in who ended up attacking me, resulting in a fractured eye bone and him going to prison. That’s when I knew I couldn’t sit and let life buffet me around anymore.

So I did the work I needed to do to become the person I was deep inside, to honor her and not let her be a doormat. I took a year delving deeply into Universal Laws and the psychology of abuse and of confidence.

And that’s how I developed the C.A.R.M.A. Code, the five keys to a life worth living and a business you love.
