Celebrate You! 2015 Day 13 Report

No pics today. I’m on a weekend getaway and just don’t have the time or resources to do more than a text post.

Yesterday I celebrated my own creativity. Because creativity is one of my core values and an integral part of who I am, I often discount it.

Last night, I got creative in the kitchen. I had some chicken curry paste that I’d been wanting to make, but I didn’t want it to be too hot. So, instead of water, I used a can of coconut milk; and I only used half the package of curry paste. I simmered the chicken in the sauce at low for a couple of hours and served over rice.

My God that was yummy!
