Celebrate You! 2015 Day 9 Report

two books Yesterday was pretty much a day of rest and relaxation. I went to church. I did some grocery shopping. I took a nap. My boyfriend and I hung out in a bookstore for a bit (he got me a copy of Dead to the World by Charlaine Harris, the fourth book in the Sookie Stackhouse novels, and The October Country by Ray Bradbury, my favorite author).

Sometimes celebration isn’t a big, exciting, jump up and down affair. Sometimes celebrating you means kicking back and doing nothing much at all. Sometimes it is like a leaf floating quietly along the gentle flow of a creek.

Sometimes, Celebrating You means just being in the moment and letting events unfold as they may.

The evening wound down with another episode of — yep, you guessed it — Kolchak: The Night Stalker. We have only four episodes left. I think I’ll miss Carl.
