There are lots of ways you can combat self-bullying, increase your self-esteem and kick the demon on your shoulder to the curb. In this second of three excerpts from the June 18, 2015 episode of The C.A.P. Podcast, I talk about two ways you can start embracing the angel on your shoulder.
Here, in a nutshell, are the two ways I mentioned in the video:
- Writer a list of what you like about yourself. Then cross out “like” and change it to “love.”
- Write yourself a love letter.
Keep what you’ve written and refer back to it often, reminding yourself what is good and wonderful about you, especially when you’re feeling down.
