Jackie Ruka on The C.A.P. Podcast, Part 4

In this fourth excerpt of the June 20, 2014, episode of The C.A.P. Podcast, I chat with Jackie Ruka about one of the ways you can be more happy in your life and business: Faking it until you make it.

Listen to the podcast nowIn this excerpt, we talk about choosing to be happy.

When you do things that make you happy, you’ll be more happy. Also, when you focus on the things that make you happy, you’ll be more happy. In other words, happiness breeds happiness. Or, as I like to say, what you focus on expands.

In this excerpt, Jackie talks about “conscious happiness,” which means turning “happiness” into an action, a verb. She says in today’s world, “we need to start striving for happiness as a lifestyle,” not any one particular action. Happiness, she says, is an inside job.
