What this quote means to entrepreneurs:
Expectation and appreciation vibrate at different levels and so they create different realities energetically.

OK, that may sound a bit like hocus pocus, so let me elaborate.

Expectation means “a strong belief that something will happen or be the case in the future.” When you are in the energy of expectation, you are pushing what you want out into the future. It can’t come to you in the now, because you believe it lives outside of the present moment. What you end up creating is a world filled with wanting, but not necessarily having.

Appreciation, on the other hand, means “the recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something,” as well as “a full understanding of a situation.” When you are in the energy of appreciation, you are in the present. Therefore when you appreciate something, even if it is not yours in the moment, you magnetize it to you.

My prosperity mentor, Marilyn Jenett, teaches in one of her programs how you can use gratitude to manifest what you don’t presently have. I’ll admit that it is sometimes a challenging concept to wrap your mind around. However, I also know it works.

Therefore, I believe, what Tony Robbins is expressing here is that when you can move your energy from future focused to present focused, you will shift the energy around what you desire and bring it into your present moment.
