Celebrate you for just 5 minutes a day

celebrate youLast month, I shared a short video clip that talked about my “Celebrate You!” exercise. Today’s video goes into a little bit more detail about the exercise and the background that led up to it.

To recap, I recommend you:

  1. Select a month that is at least 30 days (Don’t choose February!)
  2. At the end of each day, for at least 30 days, spend 5 minutes writing down something that happened that day to celebrate you and your unique awesomeness
  3. Really feel the celebration … don’t just ho-hum write it down
  4. Keep your eye out for amazing, synchronistic things happening
